{"id":404,"date":"2010-01-21T18:58:27","date_gmt":"2010-01-21T23:58:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/quiltschenectady.org\/?p=404"},"modified":"2010-02-15T11:49:43","modified_gmt":"2010-02-15T16:49:43","slug":"december-2009-guild-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quiltschenectady.org\/?p=404","title":{"rendered":"December 2009 Guild Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"This meeting was our annual\u00a0holiday celebration.\u00a0\u00a0 After a short business meeting and a wonderful display of Show &\u00a0Tell, the games began.\u00a0 Q.U.I.L.T.S. members enjoyed a game called\u00a0QUILT, which is\u00a0a form of\u00a0 BINGO - complete with prizes!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The game was interrupted by a visit from Philip Morris, who shared stories and jokes with the group.\u00a0 Philip then transformed into Santa and went table to table with a present for\u00a0everyone - a pair of snips.\u00a0\u00a0 The\u00a0snips were timely, as our next activity was to make pinwheel ornaments using them.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0And, of course, our holiday party isn't complete with out those delicious desserts members brought to share.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0It was a fun-filled evening - one which our members are still talking about!\u00a0 Our special thanks go to the program committee for a wonderful Holiday Party.\r\n\r\nHoliday Party:<\/strong>\u00a0 \n\n \t
