CRTA is a group of art quilters from the Capital District who have been meeting regularly for several years. They presented two \"slice quilts\" - one being the skyline of Albany, the other Troy. The group worked separately and together on the making of these extraordinary quilts and were happy to share the process of making them and describe the different techniques used.
