December 2010 Guild Meeting

The December guild meeting always brings holiday cheer. At this year's meeting, Quilters United In Learning Together, Schenectady (Q.U.I.L.T.S.) members were treated to a presentation by Bob Silverman & Jim Helms from The Joyful Quilter. Bob and Jim gave an update of the new shop, which will open in January 2011, along with an overview of upcoming class offerings - including samples! Thanks to the generosity of our members, tables were piled high with gloves & mittens for the children at Northeast Parent & Child, gloves and socks for the men at the City Mission and personal care items for the women at the Family Life Center. The meeting also included the always impressive show & tell of member's works and the sharing of holiday cookies, cakes, candies and cheer. Guild Meeting Program:  Members' Show & Tell:
