Mystery Quilt 2011-2012 (Mystery in Middleburgh)
This year's Mystery Quilt is based on a quilt seen at a show in Middleburgh a few years back. The introduction and instructions for this quilt were crafted over the summer, well before the devastation left behind by Tropical Storm Irene. Like all those affected by the disaster, we are moving forward. The best thing we can do as we work on this quilt month by month is to keep these people, as well as all people in need, in mind and do what we can to help.
Each step will be posted in conjunction with our monthly guild meetings. Step 8 (April 2012) will provide you with some suggestions for the quilt's border and Step 9 (May 2012) will provide you with encouragement to put the finishing touches on the quilt so that you can have it ready to display at our June 2012 meeting.
