January 2013 Guild Meeting – Mini Workshops
The new year brings the sharing of new techniques to Q.U.I.L.T.S. members with our popular mini workshop meeting. Guild members rotated through 15 minute sessions given by our own fellow members. Kathie Greenwold demonstrated how to make leaf bowls using fusible interfacing, Lynn Lauzon-Russom showed members the "old-is-new" technique to make fast 9-patch blocks, Pat Cunningham shared her English paper piecing skills and Pat Piniasik showed how to make "Mary's fast triangles." The meeting also included a fabulous show & tell of quilts, table runners, wall hangings and a Christmas stocking made by our talented members. Guild Meeting Program - Mini Workshops:
