Guild Meeting – June 4th End-of-Guild Year Celebration
On June 4th we will meet at the South Schenectady Fire House Pavilion, at 6 Old Mariaville Road, Rotterdam, starting at 6:00 PM with dinner beginning at 6:30 PM. As in the past, please bring your own utensils as we will have a limited supply on hand, and, if possible, a place setting. The pavilion has plenty of picnic table seating but feel free to bring your own lawn chair if you prefer.
Members are asked to bring the following dishes to share based on the first letter of their last name:
A-F: Main dish
G-L: Side dish
M-R: Beverages, such as iced tea, lemon aide, water, etc. (soda is not popular)
S-Z: Dessert
Bring a serving utensil for your contribution if needed.
In addition to the usual committee table activities, raffles, Show & Tell and the Member Challenge vote, you will be able to renew your membership. Skip the line and renew online ahead of time: https://forms.gle/
