January 2012 Guild Meeting

Guild Members rang in the first meeting of 2012 with a Mini-Workshop Program.    Our own members provided demonstrations on how to use the Sizzix system, AccuQuilt and the Electric Quilt computer program.   The evening also included our regular business meeting and always stunning show & tell. Next month's meeting is our Annual Tie-In for Northeast Kids.   Members are asked to bring shears and their favorite large needle for tying quilts.   Other supplies will be provided.  This is a fun evening of camaraderie where guild members and guests sit around a table and chat while tying quilts.  Volunteers from each table then take the tied quilts home and bind them, after which the quilts are brought back to a subsequent guild meeting for show & tell and collected for Northeast Parent & Child Society.
