Create three, 10” x 10”, "identical" blocks. The blocks should be identical except for a slight difference in ONE of them. For example, there can be a component that is a different color or fabric or orientation, etc. The difference can be subtle or obvious.
Add a 1” border and then a 2” border.
The outside, finished dimensions, should be 16” high x 36” wide. You may go over a bit to accommodate a binding.
