Summer has arrived!

June Meeting – Thursday, June 2nd – 6:00 pm
Our June meeting will be in person!

    • Year-end pot-luck at South Schenectady Fire Department
      • Bring an item to share (with serving utensils) based on the first letter of your last name
        • A-G: Dessert
        • H-N: Main Dish
        • O-Z: Salad/Side
      • Bring your own plate, flatware, and beverage
      • Picnic tables are available but feel free to bring a lawn chair
    • Pick up your raffle tickets!
    • Renew membership for 2022 – 2023 year ($30) ahead of show registration.
    • Election of Officers, vote on revisions to bylaws
    • Fat Quarter (Ocean theme/colors), Goodie Basket Raffle
    • Kids and Veterans quilt drop-off, kits pickup

2022 Autumn Inspirations Quilt Show!
Mark your calendars for Columbus Day weekend, Oct 8 & 9 2022! The Autumn Inspirations Quilt Show will be back at Proctors GE Theater.  With all this time to sew, expect to see some amazing quilts!
Membership Reminder: 2022-2023
Membership & the Quilt Show Reminder
To enter a quilt in the quilt show in October 2022, you must have been a member in good standing by April 2022 for the 2021-2022 year. In addition, you must have paid your dues for the 2022-2023 year. You will be able to pay your dues at the June meeting which will be a potluck gathering or by sending your membership dues to the membership chair or by payint online. Use the Membership Link in Google Docs to fill out the form to renew your membership or contact Kathy Wagner.
Remember: after many, many years with no change, there has been a slight raise in the dues to $30

December 2019 Guild Meeting

 

December is the time for parties and Q.U.I.L.T.S. is no exception. A pot-luck of appetizers and desserts, time to chat with friends, donations for local charities, and a Show ‘N Tell of projects, many of them destined to be Christmas presents. Always a fun time.

October 2019 Guild Meeting

 

Linda Warren Linda Warren, of Linda Warren Designs shared strategies about picking colors, color palletes, and color contrast using a trunk show of her quilts as examples. She showed us the versatility of her Learning Curve Tool. Friday, she taught the workshop “Over the Moon” using her techniques and tool. Linda Warren
