2024 Autumn Inspirations Registration Information
You must be a paid member of Q.U.I.L.T.S. for the Sept. 2023 - June 2024 guild year (cut off April 2024) and paid by July 15th for the Sept. 2024 – June 2025 year to enter a quilt in the show.
Please use a separate form for each entry. Submit all the forms together and enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) so that your claim check(s) with your Quilt Registration Number(s) can be returned to you. If you are entering more than one piece, you only need one SASE for the set of registrations submitted at one time.
There is a fee of $10 for each quilt you want judged. Please make your check payable to Q.U.I.L.T.S. and include it with your registration forms(s) and SASE.

All registration forms must be received no later than July 1, 2024. No exceptions!!!
